Foreign [Music] [Laughter] [Applause] S So first we're going to set the Intention now So You want to do this meditation a Actually that is the love that is the Compassion You have this kind and care to yourself Which is sometimes we are not realized So today Recognize that you have this compassion There that with you So I appreciate that your own compassion And also Normally we want to Share this to our friends family Co-workers So now Set the intention that today I'm going to practice practice this Meditation To benefit For others Now please Relax The muscles in your Head Face Name Shoulders

Back Chest and stomach Arm and legs And if you cannot relax okay allow that You cannot relax When you allow that you cannot relax That means you're relaxing Now relax says okay No relax is okay And you don't know you are relaxing or Not also okay This all are in the awareness And whatever sensation there in your Body is okay pleasant okay unpleasant is Okay Now please listen to sound [Music] [Music] And of course you cannot listen to sound Too long that's okay You will forget again sound forget Sound forget that's totally normal [Music] [Music] [Music] Now you can listen to any sound sound of Air condition People are chatting outside Coughing anything And when you listen to this sound maybe Pizza comes No problem Pizza to-do list deadline Oh I remember now normally I'm not

Remember now I meditate I remember As long as if you not forget the sound Doesn't matter Let them come let them go Now please slowly open your eyes and Just Be your mind just let be as it is And now we're going to dedicate from This Meditation whatever peace Whatever Recognition of awareness May this practice Brings Happiness to myself my friends my family Co-workers And to the world May all beings peace May all beings be happy Okay finish
