If you struggle with racing thoughts Anxiety or a busy mind This meditation can help you observe Your thoughts without getting caught up In them And create a space of calmness and Clarity within yourself By taking time to sit with your thoughts And emotions you can learn to respond to Them with greater wisdom and kindness And live more fully in the present Cultivate a greater self-awareness Compassion and presence in your daily Life Welcome to the mindful movement I'm Sarah Raymond Let's begin I invite you to make yourself Comfortable Close your eyes when you are ready As a signal to your mind and body That it's time to go inward Slow down And relax Begin to notice your physical state Without judgment [Music] It's okay to be just as you are in this Moment [Music] Often the simple Act of looking inward And noticing your state Is the permission you need To begin to relax

And let go Bring your focus to your breath now Pay attention to your breath As you take a long Slow breath in through your nose Feel the air fill your lungs and expand Your belly Hold it for a moment As you sense your heartbeat Then exhale slowly Feeling your body release any tension or Stress [Music] Breathe intentionally for a few more Cycles As you focus on your experience [Music] Notice the sensations of the air moving In and out Focus on the rise and fall of your chest And belly As you breathe [Music] As you continue to breathe naturally now Imagine that your mind is like a Beautiful blue sky There may be clouds passing through Representing thoughts And emotions Like come and go But they don't Define the sky itself The clouds are not the sky [Music] The sky remains calm and spacious

Even with the clouds As thoughts come into your mind Acknowledge them And let them go Imagine them as clouds Floating by in the sky [Music] You don't need to engage with them Or attach any meaning to them Simply observe And let them pass [Music] Each thought or emotion Is like a cloud passing through the sky Some are small And barely noticeable While others are thick and heavy Casting Shadows over everything [Music] As you watch the clouds pass by Try not to hold on to them or push them Away [Music] Just observe them with curiosity and Kindness Knowing that they will eventually Pass by on their own [Music] You don't need to hold on to them or Analyze them Simply let your thoughts and emotions Drift by Like clouds in the breeze If you find yourself getting caught up

In a particular thought or emotion Simply let it drift by Like the clouds in the sky You can acknowledge the thought or Emotion But you're not attached to any of it You can just let it all Flow by Without getting caught up Or trying to change anything [Music] Thank you As you continue to observe As a witness to your experience If you find yourself getting caught up Gently bring your attention back to your Breath [Music] Your breath is an anchor Or a reminder Keeping you steady And centered As you sit in Stillness Allow your mind to become still Reflecting the Stillness of your body [Music] As you continue to breathe naturally And observe your thoughts and emotions Imagine that you are sitting in a Spacious and peaceful room This room represents your mind And your thoughts are represented by the Furniture and decorations that fill the Space Some of the thoughts may be familiar

And comfortable Like old friends Others may be new or unfamiliar Like guests you've invited over for the First time [Music] As you sit in this room And observe your thoughts Try not to judge them or push them away Instead See if you can acknowledge them And befriend them Imagine you are offering them a seat And asking them what they need or want To share with you [Music] Foreign [Music] As you interact with your thoughts in This way Notice the response [Music] Some may be shy or hesitant at first While others may be eager to talk and Share their ideas Listen with an open mind and heart Knowing that each one has something Valuable to offer [Music] [Music] Now imagine that you are stepping back From your thoughts Creating space between them As you rest in this space between your
