Linga Bhairavi Yantra

The Linga Bhairavi Yantra is a powerful energy form that promotes physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The name “Avighna” refers to the divine mother, and is a symbol of supreme knowledge. Astrological Yantras harness the energies of the nine major planets. Architectural Yantras are geometric patterns made of numbers, and these are often used for the ground planning of lands. The Linga Bhairavi Yantra is designed to help alleviate the negative effects of the planets and remove obstacles in the person’s life.

Linga Bhairavi Gudi is a miniature, consecrated form of the Goddess of compassion, crafted by Sadhguru. Its primary abode is at the foothills of the Velliangiri Mountains, near Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It is made of copper and adorned with intricate etched designs. Time of day

When should you meditate? Sadhguru explains that yoga evolved in the tropical climate of India, so the best time to meditate is in the morning and after four or five in the evening. The full moon is known for its qualities of love and aggression. Sadhguru recommends meditating during these times. You must be fully present and focused for these practices to work best. Afterward, you can try to find a quiet place, such as a park, where you can spend time alone.

In the past, the time of day for sadhguru meditations was considered optimal in the early morning hours, before sunrise. This time of day is known as the “hour of Brahma,” the most peaceful and unpolluted phase of the day. Ideally, you should meditate during these hours to regain inner peace and balance. A few weeks into the program, you can expect to see noticeable results in your health.

The Sadhguru recommends that you create a space dedicated to your practice. This place must be separate from all other areas of your life.
