I'm going to share with you the type of Practices that help you build trust with Yourself So that you can live a more joyful Content and fulfilling life so when we Go a layer deeper than the types of Self-care that are treats or indulgences We come to a type of self-care that is Purely nourishing It's refilling of our energy It's reducing stress it's connecting With ourself and our needs and meeting Those needs So personally my favorite form of Self-care is a method that I call the 3M Approach and that includes movement Meditation or mindfulness practices and Mindset practices
